you can cancel your subscription within 1 week. You will only be charged for$99.99 and we will refund

For 20-Lesson Package: If you are not satisfied with our service after taking three or fewer lessons
within 2 weeks, you will only be charged for $99.99 and we will refund the rest of your money.

Cancellation:
you may e-mail cancellation requests to us at: service@eChineseLearning.com. Please include your login information as well as your name, and the e-mail address under which your account currently is registered.

Schedule lessons:
For 2-Month Package Subscribers: You can take one private Chinese lesson every working day (from Monday to Friday Beijing Time) subject to availability of teachers. Students must schedule lessons at least 24 hours ahead of time. Students might have to book lessons at a time or choose a teacher that might not be their first choice. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate
your needs.
For 20-Lesson Package Subscribers: You can take (up to) 4 private Chinese lesson every day, 5 days
a week, subject to availability of teachers. Students must schedule lessons at least 24 hours ahead of time. Students might have to book lessons at a time or choose a teacher that might not be their first choice. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. eChineseLearning.com reserves the right to change the subscription Terms and Conditions without notice. Subscription may be revoked at any time for any reason by eChineseLearning.com.
